How does UBuildIt help me save so much money?

UBuildIt saves you money by NOT marking up trade partners' bids, and eventually, you will pay all those costs directly to that trade partner. That alone will save you 10-20%, not to mention the additional savings by using your preferred trade partners or doing some of the work yourself. Will I need to invest a lot of time in my project?

Do I need to quit my job to manage a building project?

No, the time you invest is up to you.  If you want to be part of the whole process you can. Once selections are made and construction starts, the average time commitment for our clients is about 1 to 2 hours per week. We assist in streamlining the process, providing you with the tools, resources, and expertise to efficiently manage your project alongside your existing commitments.
